You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, common areas, including the living room, kitchen, and laundry Room. I supply Communal Dishes and the place is well maintained. Its a private Parking area each person gets one spot. There is a giant backyard and covered back patio. Additionally you will share a fridge with only one roommate to yourself and shared cabinet space for use. You must be able to pass a background check which will be done after viewing. Pricing is 850 a Month all utilities included and 750 Deposit. Move in Prorated First + Deposit For utilities that’s Electricity, Water, Garbage/Recycling and 1GB internet.

Some Rules that are non negotiable. You must have current employment No Smoking of any kind weed/vape/cigarettes No Animals of any Kind Single Occupancy Only

There is currently 3 guys and one girl living here. All around working ages, I myself live here and so the place is very clean and quiet.
