The room I have available is the master bedroom with a private bathroom, it is a 3rd floor apartment. At the Ballantyne area. It is located in an apartment complex that includes a gym, swimming pool, and social/common areas. Safe and quiet environment, Convenient location near shopping centers, restaurants and main highways • Pets are not allowed • No children • Only non-smokers

You would need to complete an application with the apartment management and be added as a co-signer on my lease agreement, since otherwise they will not provide a parking sticker for your vehicle.
About the roomies
I’m a very organized, clean, and respectful girl. I really like silence and, above all, a good atmosphere. My work schedule is from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., so I’m away from home all day. And when I get home, I always like my house to be clean and quiet. I don’t drink alcohol.
