Hi! The apartment is located in Craig Ranch, right behind Hub121. Lifetime Fitness, Hair Salons, and much more are within walking distance. The apartment does have 2 gyms, 2 pools, community events, and free coffee. The room is technically my office space, but I haven’t used it much since moving in and miss having a roommate. You will have your own closet, but the bathroom is shared. Parking is available in the garage. Common areas will be expected to be clean and I am open to discussing a monthly maid service for an additional shared fee. There is also a patio space and laundry area that I will be furnishing soon, hopefully before you arrive. Please keep in mind that you will need to be officially added to the lease. Credit and background checks will be required.

Hey! I’m 24, an APM on a hybrid schedule, and I’m looking for a great roommate. I spend my free time roller skating, reading romance novels, grocery shopping (it’s a hobby at this point), trying new restaurants, and picking up random activities. I love to cook and actively pretend I have professional baking skills. I’m a great communicator who loves hanging out and being friends with my roommate, but I absolutely need my solo time to recharge. I have friends over a few times a month, but we can easily hang at their spots if you ever need the place to yourself.
