The house is about 2500 sq ft with a backyard (that has a mini bar!!), a balcony connected to the master and a two/three car garage. The rooms in the house are spacious and allow a-lot of natural light to come in, making it feel like a mini mansion! Walnut is a richer, quieter part of the northern OC and is a great middle point for any direction you have to travel for school/work, especially with the house being two blocks from the freeway!

The house currently has two occupants: myself (28-year old tall white male) and my roommate (30-year old short black female). She and I are each in separate relationships, whose partners may come by the house from time to time, and have two cats (Stewart + Nomu) and a dog (Shiloh) with us! We are borderline workaholics (with me almost an alcoholic… that’s a joke… maybe) who are in and out of the house frequently, but like to kickback with each other, watch movies, play games or have a party once in a while to prove to our friends that we’re not dead. She’s an early bird (and a nurse) while I’m a night owl (and a server) but we make sure to never disturb the house while we’re up and about! We have just signed the lease, already have our rooms picked and are moving in on July 10!! So any of the two rooms available are free to be taken!
