No pets, cigarettes, or alcohol. 420 friendly. LGBTQ+ ENCOURAGED TO MSG. Prefer 24 hour notice on guests. There is a pool and workout area accessible via code. The complex is very quiet and management does once a year checks. Building does have roach issues, but they aren’t a major problem and have been present since moving in. parking can sometimes be questionable, and you’ll have to park a building over.
