I’m looking for a female roommate to sublet my room from August through the end of September, with the option to renew afterward.

The apartment is in a great location and includes an in-unit washer and dryer. You’ll be living with two other friendly female roommates who mostly keep to themselves, creating a calm and respectful home environment.

Convenience is a major plus here: the 1 train is just a 5-minute walk away, there’s a grocery store only one block away, and a Planet Fitness is located right near the train. This is an excellent spot for Columbia University students or medical professionals, as Columbia University Medical Center is nearby.

The room is mid-sized and comfortably fits a full or queen-sized bed. It can also accommodate a desk/table, and a dresser is already available in the room. Utilities typically run about $50 per month.
