The space has its own side entrance, off-street parking, and includes all utilities (electric, water, gas, and internet) for easy living. It’s move-in ready with a mini fridge, offering a comfortable, private setup that feels more like a studio than a room.

Couple living in the home. We keep a relaxed, respectful, and welcoming household and value good communication and cleanliness. Both of us are easygoing.

We have one cat and three friendly dogs. We’re usually home in the evenings and on weekends, but we also respect privacy and personal space. One of us is a Spanish speaker. We’re looking for someone responsible, respectful, and a good fit for a peaceful shared living situation.
