This room features a walk-in closet in addition to the ensuite bathroom! We have two tandem parking spots in a gated garage, as well as a pool. The Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve/Recreation Area is very close by, so if you want easy access to a park, you’ve got it. There’s also the Encino Farmers Market every Sunday, and we’re close to a Target, Vallarta, 99 Ranch and Super King.

I work in the animation industry and am in-office most of the week, but I usually work from home Mondays and Fridays. I can be a bit of a homebody, but I’m generally pretty easygoing and friendly! I love yapping about anime and bad movies (the fun “how did this thing get made?!” kind of bad), and when it’s not a million degrees outside, I’m an avid hobbyist baker.
