A room private with use of bathroom across the hall sometimes other people like me might use it but it’s primarily for Tenantl. Newer refrigerator freezer. Air fryer.the tenr and a Keurig. Off street parking. Room will have a private key lock. Also I just got a combination lock for the front door.
