On the 2nd floor, 11 x 11, comfortably fits a queen sized bed. Currently unfurnished but a bed can be added for extra. There’s also a hall closet & shed for extra storage. Individual lock on room door for privacy. The bathroom is shared with 1 roommate.

We can’t have any more dogs, but cats / other small animals are ok 🐾

What’s Needed: -Looking for a roommate who’s tidy, reliable, and easy to communicate with. -$500 security deposit -Standard background check ($29 through RentPrep; no credit check). -Full-time job/ proof of funds

This is a duplex style home — The first floor is separately rented by 2 people (a married couple) with their own living spaces/ kitchen & they have dogs.
