Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment in Mission Valley.

The available bedroom is about 13’ x 12’ and has its own private bathroom with a tub and a large walk-in closet. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you need. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, which gives both roommates a good amount of privacy.

I’m looking for a clean, responsible professional who values a quiet, comfortable home environment and is respectful of shared spaces.

Move-in timing is flexible. My current roommate is hoping to move out by August 1st or possibly sooner, so we can be flexible for the right person.

A little about me: I’m a 36-year-old teacher and I live with my small Shih Tzu. She’s very friendly, doesn’t shed, and rarely barks. I enjoy having a peaceful home and would love to find someone who is friendly and easygoing. We don’t need to be best friends, but it would be nice to occasionally watch a movie, grab dinner, or hang out from time to time.
