Renting spacious room in a 2 story 6 bedroom house. The house is located in Mesa(Greenfield Rd and Adobe st). The room for rent is on the 2nd floor, windows facing the driveway. Rent is $675(includes utilities, internet).

This will be a month to month lease. The house has two floors, each floor with its own living/dining room areas and a kitchen that includes stove, fridge (water and ice maker), and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor; your room will be on the second floor and you will share the bathroom with another roommate

The house is close to multiple grocery stores, shopping plazas and restaurants (5 mins), it is 7 mins away from Highway 60 and 15 mins away from downtown Gilbert.
