All bills (gas, electricity, water, high-speed internet) are included. Also we provide filtered drinking water. Conveniently located within 10 minutes of UCI and IVC. This is a peaceful, drama-free home - not a party space. No outside shoes wearing at home ,change room shoes. The room is available for single occupancy only.
