Current roommate is moving out eventually so we’re month to month at the moment but want to find someone so we can transition smoothly. You would be added to the lease with me, not some roommate agreement.
It’s a 2bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom (1/2 bath ensuite) in the larger bedroom. Shared kitchen and living room area plus a small patio.
It’s about 1000 sq ft, plenty of space for two people MAYBE 3(a couple) but that would be a long discussion first. We can decide who gets the larger bedroom which would make rent for that person higher.
I’m clean, quiet, and respectful looking for the same. I have an ESA(dog) but I’m open to other pets. If you don’t have an ESA letter for them you’ll have to pay an extra pet rent each month.
