About the roomies

I live with my wife and daughter in the master bedroom. My wife stays home and looks after our daughter. Two of our roomies are unfortunately leaving; both have been staying here for about 3 years and it’s a shame to see them go. Besides them we have another roomie who works full-time mornings Mon-Fri. Everyone more or less keeps to themselves and if any issues arise, they are quickly addressed and resolved. Male preferred but not required. Just looking for someone who pays on time and keeps to themselves.
