Hi, my name is Felicity. There are 2 rooms (for 3 housemates ideally) available in a Mira Mesa house, available August 1. The lease is for 6 months (ends February 1). It’s between the 15 and 805, near main shopping centers.
I’m currently renting one of the rooms (my other 3 housemates are moving out next month), and looking for 3 housemates to take over the remaining rooms. All calculations based on square footage, amenities, and # people living in the house. Preference for high cleanliness tendencies, non-smokers, working professionals or recent college graduates. Co-ed. No pets allowed.
Room 1: Square footage: 10x12 Bathroom: Shared (with me) Rent amount: $1,100
Room 2 (Master; ideally 2 people): Square footage: 10x14 Bathroom: Private Rent amount (across 2 people): $1,905
Utilities range from $65-$103 per month (per person). Overall rent is $4,000 per month across everyone.
There’s also an extra room that’s currently used as an office/guest bedroom. It can be converted into a room; open to whatever and can figure that out!

A little about me: I’m 24 and a working professional (marketing). Moved to SD about a year and a half ago and love it here! Originally from Sacramento but love the beaches here and nightlife. I like to do line dancing, horseback riding, and going out to get coffee/explore new spots. I also volunteer with dogs on the weekends!
