About the room
Big open room, with decent closet space. Big windows for a lot of natural light that overlooks the outdoor patio. Outdoor patio is spacious and has a nice plant bed. Shared living space is large and well lit with doors to the patio. Kitchen comes with a good dishwasher, oven, microwave and moderately sized fridge. Cabinet space is decent. Complex has amenities like a pool/hot tub, community room, and workout room. There is a nail salon on property, as well as a near by pizza place, dispensary and plaid/gas station. Expo center max station is a short walk away maybe 10 mins. Hayden Island is a short distance as well.
About the roomies
I am seeking someone to replace me on the lease, as I would like to move into a solo unit. The other roommate is a nice person looking for another female roommate.
