I’m a 32-year-old professional, liberal respectful woman and would love to share the space with someone who has a similar lifestyle and values.

No smoking, drugs, or excessive partying. Must be reliable and able to pay rent on time.

$850 per month and is located is a nice beautiful calm clean area down the street from Studio City.

Townhome includes in unit laundry, complex includes pool and hottub. Parking is street parking but there are always spots available within 1-2 blocks and it is a safe neighborhood.

The home is 3 other liberal, clean, professional, creative women in their 30s. We have direct and clear communication, a consistent system for chores and house maintenance.
