This unit borders Dana Point and Capo Beach adjacent to the 5 freeway while only being 3 minutes from the Dana Point Harbor. The community is gated with ample parking and a detached garage. At the leasing office you’ll find a pool and jacuzzi accompanied by fire pits, grills, a gym, and beautiful pond stocked with ducks, turtles and fish.

About the roomies

My roommate Ethan has been a the original roommate since moving in here 3 and half years ago. He is a 29 year old pilot that is quiet and clean throughout the apartment.
