​The Space: First bedroom: You will have your own private room fully furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, TV mounted on the wall and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom: unfurnished smaller bedroom with walk in closet. Great for an office space, kids bedroom or extra private area. Full bathroom located just across the hall, if you rent both bedrooms it would be private, otherwise it would be a shared bathroom.

​The House: It’s a spacious 1,910 sq. ft. home with plenty of room to stretch out.

​Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy the beautiful huge backyard and pool—perfect for relaxing during the Texas summer!

​Location: It’s located in 75025 and a very quiet, safe neighborhood with a park just a short walk away. Plus, it’s super convenient to local shopping and dining, so you’re close to everything you need.

​About the Roommate: **​Must love dogs! I have one large, friendly dog who loves people. Pricing Options: $900 all bills paid including wifi for the furnished bedroom with shared bathroom. $1,300 all bills paid including wifi for both bedrooms and have the bathroom as your private bathroom. Currently this would be month to month but open to discussing longer term for the right person.
