About the room
Hey everyone, I have two rooms available for rent in my house in Austin colony.
One room is for 800 and the other is for 1000 Including bills.
It’s the closest property to the Colorado river and direct access from the back yard.
Pet friendly as well with dog doors leading directly to the back yard.
Please reach out if you know anyone interested.
There are three guest rooms upstairs and the master downstairs. The rooms for rent would share a bathroom but there is guest restroom downstairs.
Property has a lot of lounging space including a movie room.
I’d consider renting out the master which includes its own bathroom for 1400.
It is currently only me and another guy living there but we are not there much as I travel monthly and come to the house only every other month for a few days.

About the roomies
I’m home for a few days every other month! The other guy is hardly around during the week and very quiet since he works as a tow truck driver.
We’re both great to grab beers with tho!
