We’re seeking a professional or grad student to join our 5-bedroom house with four busy 30-something males, moving in September or October on a (non-negotiable) one-year lease running September to September. We value good communication, emotional intelligence, humor, and a light footprint. We’re a household that tries to bring out the best in each other—whether that’s career goals, fitness, or just showing up as better people—and we’d love someone who’s into that kind of mutual support. The right person is considerate, doesn’t routinely work from home, has no live-in partner, cleans up after themselves, generally has a lot going on, and keeps things quiet on weekday evenings. Per the landlord: no pets, smoking, drugs, or firearms. You’ll need to pass a credit/background check and provide references. We occasionally hang out for life discussions, sports, and movies, and the household runs smoothly with shared chores and Venmo/Splitwise for bills.
