I’m looking for a roommate for a recently renovated 3 bed / 2 bath duplex-condo on the Nashville/Madison border, near Inglewood and East Nashville. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown with easy access to Briley Pkwy, Ellington Pkwy, and I-65. You’d be able to choose between two available bedrooms (unfurnished) and would have your own bathroom, unless otherwise discussed. Common areas are furnished. The house has: Newly renovated interior Hardwood floors Updated kitchen with new appliances Covered carport parking + additional front parking Quiet duplex setup with elderly neighbors Clean, comfortable common areas Rent is $1,250/month + evenly-split utilities. Looking for a 12-month lease, ideally with move-in before the end of August—but available sooner. Small pets may be okay — cats or small dogs only, as long as they’re well-behaved and cleaned up after. No large animals. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, responsible, and easy to live with. Small get-togethers are fine, but this is not a party house.

A little about me: I’m Lucas, 27, and I’ve been in Nashville a little over two years. I work a lot, stay active, enjoy cooking, going out, dancing, and spending time with friends/family. I’d love to find a roommate I get along with, but I also value my boundaries and will respect yours.
