This property has two bedrooms and bathrooms for each suite. I am renting out the master suite, which is carpeted, it has a bathroom and walk in closet all inside of the room. It is a large room at about 500 sq feet. The walls and the bathroom have recently been painted. This is also a furnished unit with a bed two night stands a wooden dresser where you can place your computer, etc.

The biggest plus is that the bedrooms are across the hall from each other with a living room and kitchen separating the bedrooms. And the walls are pretty thick too which is a plus.

There is also a washer dryer and air conditioning in the unit.

Internet is included. However SDG&E is shared.

Also, just in case this is an issue for you, this unit is in a busy part of downtown. Easy to access all the freeways and great walkability score.

I am the only one living in the unit. I work from home quite a bit but am in and out sometimes. It’s a clean living household, as I am into health and wellness, I go to the gym, and eat pretty clean. No smoking of any kind.

I like a tidy place and try and keep the place up. I am open to all age groups, as long as you’re reasonably quiet and calm. No drama or chaos. If those requirements can be met, I’m pretty chill and mind my own business.

I am also open to short term rentals, starting at 3 months up to a year.

And although I love pets this is a pet free unit.
