My apartments in pacific beach (crown point area) and has a parking lot for our complex, in unit laundry, dishwasher, pool and hot tubs in the complex, a gym, pickleball/tennis courts, and is only like a 4 min walk to the bay and like 12 min walk to the beach!

I am super respectful of the common areas, I keep everything clean and I have two kittens with an automatic litter box (so no smell) and I love my game nights, movie nights, and wine nights! I go out sometimes not super often but not opposed here and there! I love my daily walks and the gym/pilates! I’d love a comfy living space where we both are comfy using it!
