About the room
One bedroom is available for rent in our spacious, 3 bedroom row house in south Philly starting from April 1st at 800$.
The bedroom is large with shared bathroom with current tenant and gets lot of natural sun light. The house is 3 stories recently built, access to basement plus free laundry and well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, living room/dining room and a back patio.
The house is in a amazing and a safe neighborhood close to ACME, Target and tons of great restaurants, bar and coffee shop plus easy access to cheap grocery shop and all necessities. We are clean and respectful roommates and looking for the same.
About the roomies
Current two occupants are co-ed; have been living here for some time. Both work full time jobs and are very chill. Weekend activities include just chilling in he house or travelling with other friends locally. Not a very active social life stye since we work most of the time M - F and sometimes during the weekend depending on season. We clean up after ourselves and would expect the same.
