There is a front room that I use as a workout room and a yoga/meditation room that you are welcome to use. Large open kitchen. There’s a garage with a little bit of extra space if you need to store some things. House is furnished and your room can be furnished or unfurnished. Private bedroom and bath. I have a wonderful small dog and a cat, so no extra pets please. Rent is $1300 plus bills, which is amazing for what you get. I work from home.
