Lease takeover for a master bedroom with attached bath in a 2 bed and 2 bathroom apartment at Brittany Commons. I am looking for someone interested in replacing me on the lease and joining my current roommate in an apartment.

-Camden 1 floor plan on ground floor (no stairs) with outdoor patio -Roommate is a 35 yr old female with a Yorkie. -Lease renewal will be $1740 for 12 months or $1719 for 18 months. -The person with the master bedroom will pay about $940 for rent. With all utilities and internet I was paying about $1100 a month total.

Currently, this exact apartment is going for $1800 plus on their website but they are renewing it at a lower rate for us. I’ve really enjoyed living at Brittany Commons and with my roommate but I got a new job and am relocating.

Roommate is a 35yr old female with a Yorkie. Apartment is cannabis and lgbtq friendly.
