About the room

Sorry but no remote workers. I work remote and both of us in the apartment 24/7 would not be good for either party.

All bills included. Room is furnished in the photos to give you a sense for the space you’re working with. I do have a queen size mattress, and the other furniture (minus the paintings) you see in the photos if you need them, otherwise I can remove everything and have it empty for you.

There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and hardware stores within walking distance of the apartments. On the north end of Lincoln Heights neighborhood means you can go for a walk along gorgeous, quiet streets any time. Several parks within walking distance as well. Close enough to downtown and I-90 to make getting anywhere by car trivial, but far enough away that it’s quiet.

The room is all your own, the bathroom is shared with 1 very clean and considerate person (me) . Bedroom is 10 feet by 10 feet, has one south-facing window, one 2 foot by 4 foot closet with hanging rod and shelf. There is a baseboard heater with room control. Given that it’s summer, if it gets too warm in your room despite the AC in the living room and my room cooling things, I will buy for you and install your own window unit. Please do not hesitate to ask.

Hi! I’m Clayton, a full-time graphic designer who works remotely from home. I’m fairly quiet, clean, and easygoing, and I value a peaceful home environment. Most of my free time is spent hiking, working out, gardening, or relaxing with a good cup of tea.

I’m more on the introverted side and generally keep to myself, but I’m friendly, respectful, and appreciate open communication. I’m not into parties, excessive drinking, or bringing lots of drama into the home. I like keeping shared spaces clean and treating home as a place to recharge.

I’m looking for someone responsible, considerate, and financially stable who also values a calm, comfortable living environment. We don’t have to become best friends, but I’d like us to genuinely get along and enjoy sharing the space.
