Fantastic location! Room with hardwood floors and 2 large windows. Have fully furnished kitchen, dining and living rooms but could make space for additional belongings. Only one bathroom but has tub and shower, and washer/dryer. Plenty of street parking. Prefer short term trial period to see if a long-term share seems right. Willing to move to a larger home if that works out.

Hello, I currently rent a two-bedroom one-bath duplex. I am looking for a short-term (2-6 months) roomie for the empty bedroom, which can be furnished if needed. If the new roomie and I are a good fit, I would consider moving to a larger place. About me: friendly, active, outdoorsy, financially stable, respectful, clean, responsible, non-smoker, no drugs; love to read, stand-up paddle, take long walks. I’d enjoy a roomie to occasionally hang with but definitely respect and need solo time as well.
