About the room
Hi! I’m posting this on behalf of my roommate Savannah, who is moving in with her boyfriend and looking for someone to take over her room in our three-story townhome starting mid to late June/July — move-in date is flexible! You’d be living with me, Rachel (24) and our other roommate Masha (30). We’re both super easygoing and would love to find someone awesome to join us! Location is unbeatable — about 5minutes from Uptown, 10 minutes from South End, and right next to the greenway. Perfect if you love being close to everything but still having that outdoor access! Base rent for the room is $762.50/month, and with utilities it usually comes out to $850 or under. The lease runs through March 2027 with the option to renew. About the roomies
My name is Rachel, I’m 24 and originally from Rock Hill, SC. I work for a local brewery in sales and marketing. In my free time I love going to the gym, walking the greenway, thrifting, going to shows, and going out in Plaza Midwood!
My roommate Masha is 30 and works for an arborist as also works part time as a bartender for the same brewery I work for— she’s also in the process of getting her Master Naturalist license. She has a small dog named Duncan and loves anything outdoors and in nature.
We’re both pretty easygoing, hardworking, and like to keep a clean home. We’d love a roommate we can be friends with, but we also totally respect alone time and understand everyone has their own life!
