Private furnished bedroom is located in my beautiful single-family home, offering a comfortable and welcoming place to live. You will have a private, clean bathroom inside of your room. The room is in the right corner of the house, making it more private and secluded. The closet is decently sized with plenty of shelving and hanging space. Rent is $630 per month, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There are no special house rules besides cleaning up after yourself and keeping the common areas clean, as you will have complete access to all the common areas, including the kitchen and living room. Use of washer & dryer. Smoking is permitted outside only. Friendly neighbors and a convenient location add to the appeal of this home, with grocery stores, gas stations, major highways, and a variety of everyday amenities just minutes away. Immediate move-in is available for the right tenant.
