It’s a two bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Garden. The bedroom is very big aUtilities are not included (hot water is included in the rent), and are about $100/month (it goes up in the summer because of A/C usage).

The apartment has a small kitchen and bathroom, but it does have a massive living room spread out in two large sections. (The dog is not mine in the picture, I don’t own any pets, but it is a pet friendly apartment).

I’m a 32 year old full time journalist, and I have lived in the city for 14 years. I’m pretty social and outgoing but respect personal space. I like to keep things pretty clean and tidy in the common area and cook regularly.
