Hi there! Looking for someone to sublet a room in a 2-bedroom apartment starting August 2nd for a minimum of 10 months, hopefully longer! $1100/month, utilities about $85. Single occupancy only.

Location: -Located in the heart of Ditmars, Astoria -2 blocks away from Astoria-Ditmars Blvd NW train (5 min walk) -The laundry mat is around the corner on the same block (2 min walk) -20-minute walk to Astoria Park -Surrounded by incredible bars, restaurants, etc.

Looking for someone who is mindful, clean, & courteous! No pets. Women & LGBTQIA+ friendly ONLY.

About the roomies

So a little about me- I’m 29, have lived in Astoria for 3 years & lived in BK for 4 years prior. Work for an arts logistics company in LIC, work in person, Monday-Friday, 8-5. Studied fine art photography in college. Enjoy going out to events, bars & concerts on the weekends, but need quiet time during the week. Love a trashy reality show, yoga & long walks. I’m a pretty tidy person, but flexible of course.
