Comes with a closet that has a sliding mirror door. Refurbished original wood floors. Two newer double hung windows. The house is 3 floors. I occupy the basement bedroom and my roommate occupies the upper floor room. There’s a brand new washer on the bottom floor. This house is definitely unique complete with a spiral staircase connecting main level to the basement level. Detached garage as well. Has a beautiful garden and landscaping. It’s a corner house near a big park with close proximity to a dog park if you have one. Also the kitchen has a gas stove. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer side by side. We also have a chest freezer behind the wall the fridge is against. There is a deck on the side of the house too.

We’re both named Sam makes it easy to learn our names lol. Known each other since high school. We’re kind of big nerds. We regularly get together with 2 other friends and play a tabletop game called Gloomhaven. The other Sam tends to keep to himself in his room. We also have a 2 year old dog named Spark. He’s friendly towards strangers if not a bit timid at first. I am a music lover and regular concert patron. I tend to be active when I have the opportunity to be. Hiking or playing Pokémon Go. We are gun owners but keep them in a locked safe when not in use. Gun safety is important. I’m kind of a wrestling wwe fan as well as a huge movie nerd. Anything else you want to know just ask.
