Welcome Looking only for FEMALE tenant The room is on the second floor, which has been recently renovated; there are four large bedrooms, a common area, and a large bathroom (you can use the other two full bathrooms if necessary). Currently, there are three hardworking tenants: all work full-time—one at the Bergenfield library, one at an orthodontics clinic, and one in cleaning services. -I pay for a general house cleaning twice a month. This house is very quiet, clean, safe. -There will be a calendar in the bathroom, within which each week a tenant will be assigned in rotation for the week the responsibility of the general cleaning of the bathroom. -Relax and family ambience -alcohol, drugs, smoking, overnight guests and pets are NOT allowed
