The home was built in 2018 and is located between Citrus Springs and Beverly Hills, Florida. 10 minutes to Beverly Hills, 25 minutes to Inverness, 16 minutes to Dunnellon, 19 minutes to Crystal River, 45 minutes to Ocala, 40 minutes to Brooksville, 1 Hour 10 minutes to Tampa Airport.

1300 sq/ft. It has an attached 2 car garage, a beautiful screened in back porch, and a nice and tidy appearance (I’m not sure if I will be able to upload any photos before I own the home, but will be willing to share the address after messaging a few times to see if we are compatible and if you have a verified ID.

I am looking to find a roommate who would rent the primary bedroom (13 x 14 ft), closet and bathroom. Full and complete access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and lanai plus a garage space. Furnished or unfurnished. My family (mostly me) would use the other two bedrooms on a snowbird basis. My roommate would need to be comfortable managing a home on their own. I am looking for someone who would be willing to mow the grass (mostly with a riding lawn mower), keep all common areas clean, maintain the pool (above ground), or split the costs of these items. I am also willing to consider selling the pool if I find a good roommate who doesn’t want it.

Hi. My name is Holly and I am looking for a roommate for the home we are about to purchase. I am looking for a kind, responsible, well-mannered woman or couple (extra $$) who doesn’t smoke or use any drugs and doesn’t or rarely drinks.

I am a disabled veteran who is looking to do some occasional snow birding. I decided to buy a home so that I can bring my dogs (Goldendoodle and Labradoodle) with me when I come down, as I need a fenced in area since I can’t walk them on a leash anymore. I’m not sure how often I will be there since this is a new endeavor, but I’m thinking around 4 months total. My husband, who works full time here in Pennsylvania, will be with me occasionally.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who would love to share expenses but mostly have the place to themselves.

I would be a great roommate while I’m there because I’m happy to be friendly, share a meal, go for a walk or I’m happy to keep to myself. I am naturally an introvert and prefer quite a bit of alone time. I love reading, surfing the internet, cards and games, and nature. The fox photo is from my trail camera located on our property outside of Erie, PA. I am a Christian but am happy to share with any religion/or non-religion.

I do prefer a quiet environment. This home offers a split bedroom format so I can’t imagine that would be too hard to attain.
