Easley Circle
About the room
Located right outside of Huntsville, TX proper - this area is quite and in a well protected neighbor hood with both young families and retires. Neighbors include many active and retired military, TDCJ employees, and first responders.
House is well maintained with code locks for personal rooms. Includes washer/dryer, shared full kitchen, and some storage space in the garage.
There is an expectation that tenants be fairly busy and well mannered given the neighborhood, as well as being flexible with artists and techs working on tasks in the driveway or garage.
As a note: this house is also planned for future use by a non-profit called the C.L.A.G. and is to include artisan residents at some point.
As such, there is equipment stored in the garage and at times visitors who are dropping things off or picking them up. It is a consideration and limits use of garage storage. We also do work at the property from time to time as well, such as carpentry, machine repair, and furniture making.
About the roomies
Currently, the only resident is Richard S. Pace. Richard is a local business owner and artists and he operates Splintercraft Artisan Works & Supply. He is also the โSteward of the Pressโ for the CLAG - both organizations begin found in the downtown square.
