Rarely does a place check all the right boxes without quietly failing on something. This one doesn’t. The room is genuinely self-contained private bathroom, no shared anything, fully independent from the rest of the house. The location makes life easier without making the area noisier: malls and transit right there, neighbourhood unaffected. And the street itself? The kind that holds its character friendly without being loud, settled without being dull, calm in the way that actually lasts past the weekend.

Both of us put long hours into our work one as a senior tax adviser, the other as a consultant gynaecologist which means home has naturally become the place where everything slows down. Separate rooms, clean surfaces, no noise that lingers. We’ve built a living arrangement that genuinely suits us and we’d like to find a third person who slips into it naturally someone tidy, considerate, and happy with a household that keeps its quiet.
