I’m looking for a roommate with a kind and quiet nature. Drama doesn’t live here. I conduct my life through lens of Jesus is my Lord and savior. You’ll have access to your own bed and bath with a walk in closet and I intend on purchasing a washer/dryer in a two bedroom, two bath apt at the Puerto Del Mar. We’ll have a good sized patio on the first floor facing a residential area. Very quit. Although your room and bath will not be furnished I have everything we’ll need for stylish and beautiful furniture. I work in retail so my hours are long. I’m ok with one pet or visiting children, but no boyfriends or girlfriend slowly moving in. The rent is half my monthly rent and expect Utilities and Internet/TV to be split 50/50. In a perfect world I would love a 6 month agreement with the hopes we both have our own apt by saving on rent etc. I’m only asking a non-refundable deposit of $200 and prorated rent. If we agree to a fit in this week I can accept $500 total move in.
