There’s a quality to this neighbourhood that’s easier to notice than explain something in the way the streets feel occupied rather than just populated, how the pace drops the moment you turn off the main road. Malls and transit are right there, genuinely useful, but they don’t define the area. The room is entirely private: own bathroom, fully independent from the rest of the house, no shared anything. Practical where it needs to be, peaceful where it counts. That’s the full picture.

Running the household between us are a mechanical design engineer and a forensic nursing specialist two people with full careers and a mutual appreciation for coming home to somewhere quiet and undisturbed. We each have our own room, keep our own schedule, and share a preference for a tidy, low-drama living environment. Nothing complicated about us, really. We’d welcome someone who fits that mould without needing it spelled out.
