12-month lease starting on August 1, 2026. We are in a 3-bed 1.5-bath, located in the center of the Crown Heights, BK neighborhood. Conveniently located between the Nostrand A/C Station and the Nostrand 2/3/4/5 Station.

The open room available is approx. 11’ long by 8’ wide with a wide closet and a tall window with a 9” windowsill. The space easily fits a full-size bed, with space for a desk and dresser – however will be unfurnished.

There is a decent-sized kitchen with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, and moderate storage - attached to our shared dining and living room area.

The building is well-kept and has an accessible semi-private roof space for lounging. Coin-Op Laundry is conveniently located in the basement level, along with a storage closet designated for our apartment unit.

I’m a landscape designer and work in person 4-5 days a week and my housemate is a teacher and is in the classroom full-time during the school year.
