Very safe and peaceful location in Ladera Ranch. The room is on the third floor and includes a private bathroom that is not shared. The room comes slightly furnished and the home is extremely clean, quiet, and well cared for.
Washer and dryer are included, and the home has AC. Kitchen and cooking use are welcome and can be shared respectfully. There may also be light garage sharing available for a few items.
The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Stater Bros, Trader Joe’s, and many nearby food spots. Great place for someone clean, responsible, respectful, and looking for a peaceful home.
