Private room available in a shared apartment in La Jolla! The location is super convenient—just a few minutes’ drive from UCSD or about 3 bus stops away. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other essentials are all within walking distance. Garage and lot parking are available.

💰 Utilities are not included and typically range from $60–$80 per person per month.

The room in the pictures is not the room for rent, but it is similar to the one that will be available.

A little about us: There are currently 3 of us living here—1 working professional and 2 students. We’re all friendly, laid-back, and respectful of each other’s space. Most of us stay busy with work, school, or our own activities, so the apartment is generally pretty relaxed and quiet.

The room comes with a shared bathroom that is only shared with 2 other roommates, and since everyone has different schedules, bathroom availability has never been an issue.

We also have 2 friendly cats, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with pets. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate additional pets at this time.

We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to live with. Whether you’re a student, a working professional, or just looking for a place, we’d love to hear from you!
