We are looking for a new roommate to rent the primary bedroom in our beautiful 3-story townhome!

The Room: You’ll be taking the primary suite located on the 3rd floor. It’s a very spacious 13.5’ x 13’ (easily fits a king bed, nightstands, and a desk) and features its own private attached full bathroom.

Home & Community Perks:

• Parking: You will have 1 dedicated parking spot in our shared 2-car tandem garage.
• Guest Parking: You will also receive 1 guest parking pass for the complex.
• Laundry: In Unit
• Community Amenities: Enjoy access to the shared living areas, a modern kitchen, and community BBQ grills on the property.

Optional Bonus Space: There is a separate bedroom on the ground floor of the townhome that is also currently available to rent for an additional cost. If you work from home or need extra storage, you have the option to rent this room in addition to the primary suite for use as a private office or studio. If you don’t need the extra space, that bottom-floor room will likely be rented out separately.

The Vibe & Household: You will be sharing the main living spaces with one great, established roommate who has been living here for a few years. You must be animal-friendly, as the house comes with a built-in furry welcoming committee (1 dog and 2 cats currently live here). Because the house is at pet capacity, absolutely no other pets are allowed.

• The home is incredibly centrally located in San Diego with quick access to the 94 and 805 freeways to get you anywhere you need to go:
• Just minutes away from SDSU (ideal for university staff or students).
• A short, easy drive to major San Diego points of interest, including Downtown, Balboa Park, and the vibrant restaurants and cafes in Mission Valley, North Park, and South Park.

Yearly Lease. Utilities are split evenly among all active occupants. No Pets. No Smoking indoors. 1 house key and Mailbox key provided. Must follow HOA rules and guidelines that will be provided in lease. Additional details will be included in formal leasing agreement.

The current tenant has lived in the condo for a number of years and is a reliable good human. She’s in her late 20’s, working professionally, and going to school. She has one older very friendly dog and two cats, so unfortunately, we are at our pet capacity for the space. The animals mostly stick to her space.
