• Room is furnishable (you can also have it unfurnished). However, preference is given to those who want the room furnished. It will be with a queen bed and a study table.
• Rent includes all-inclusive normal use of utilities, high-speed WIFI, and a heater.
• Laundry available in the complex.
• Standard kitchen privilege. There is a water heater, a microwave, and a shared fridge. Be sure to clean up after each use.

LOCATION:

• Approximate intersection (major streets): Victoria Ave. / West Channel Island Blvd.
• Walking/biking distance to bank, restaurant, and bank.
• Biking distance to the naval base and to the beach.

• Preferred military personnel or civilians who work at the naval base….because it is that close.
• Rent is for one person. No overnight guest unless previously discussed.
• Work full-time, out of the house during the day.
• Financially responsible.
• Good character. Clean. Quiet. Respectful. Trustworthy.
• No drugs, excessive drinking, or smoking.
• Sorry, no pets.
