Room for rent in a 5 room house in the Birdland area. 15 mins away from Downtown San Diego and UCSD. Looking for a quiet professional or student in their 20s to early 30s, preferably male. Females must be okay will potentially living with all males.

Shared full bathroom and half bath ( half bath has no shower) with 3 other people. Window A/C included Plenty of street parking No pets besides fish allowed Water, trash, electricity, 1Gig internet split between you and the 4 other renters. House has solar+battery so electricity cost is low. Level 1 EV charging available, just need to pay extra for the electricity you use. Room won’t be available till August but can tour house anytime. Must have 700+ credit score and make income greater than 3x rent unless you are a student. Either 1yr or 6mo lease, no month to month. $1100 refundable security deposit due on move-in day.
