We live on the second floor of a two-story condo in old town college park, just a 10 minute walk from campus and the metro. The common space in the apartment is nicely decorated with lots of plants and furniture. The room we’re renting has a large closet and a large window that lets in lots of sunlight. Furniture not included with the room. Ask about pets if you have one!

We’re all students at UMD, a pHD history major, and a biology major and psychology major going into their senior year. We make sure to keep the space clean and be considerate of others. We love art, listening to music, going to cafes, watching movies, and baking. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly. Prefer someone around the same age as us, ~19 - 25
