This is a beautiful room , with a private bathroom right next to it. It’s in a super safe gated community right in the heart of Newport Beach , and very close to Fashion Island. PCH is 2 minutes down the street. The community also has two pools and two hot tubs. As for utilities , its a flat 80$ , which includes wifi , electric , gas and water. This would be a month to month agreement.
