You get your own living room space, a huge bedroom (15.5 ft by 20ft) with a huge closet too. You get your own 3/4 bathroom and other areas are shared (kitchen, laundry, etc.). All utilities are included in rent. The area is in a quiet cul de sac and is close to everything!
About the roomies
I am 27, and I am the owner of the house. I am an actuary, who cooks a lot and plays a ton of volleyball. I love working out also. I have a 30 lb amazing dog. The upstairs roommate is 27 also, and a nanny. Both of us are considerate and fun roommates. Overall pretty quiet.
